We are not a hotel, tour operator, airline, or rental car company. We do not own or operate the properties shown on the Site.

Membership and Eligibility

Some discounts on the Site are available only to members of specific organizations, professional groups, or partner communities. By submitting a group membership form, you represent that the information you provide is true and accurate. We reserve the right to verify membership and to deny access to discounts if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or create a booking account.

Bookings and Travel Suppliers

When you book hotels or other travel through our booking platform, your booking is fulfilled by the actual hotel, tour operator, car rental company, or other travel supplier — not by Hotel Room Discounters. Your booking is subject to the supplier's own terms, cancellation policies, and conditions, which you should review before booking.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or performance of any travel supplier. Disputes related to a booking (cancellations, refunds, room conditions, service quality, etc.) must be addressed with the supplier directly. We may, in our discretion, assist by relaying communications, but we do not guarantee any outcome.

Pricing and Availability

Hotel rates shown on the Site or through the booking platform are subject to change without notice based on supplier availability, season, currency fluctuations, and supplier inventory systems. Member rates may not be the lowest rate available in every case. We make a good-faith effort to display accurate pricing but cannot guarantee that any specific rate will be available at the time of booking.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false information on group membership or contact forms
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without our written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit member-only rates
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or any related services

Intellectual Property
