Vegas, Route 66 & Grand Canyon Loop
Las Vegas → Kingman → Williams / Grand Canyon → Flagstaff → Sedona → Las Vegas
Classic Route 66, a national park, and red rock country — in under a week.
About This Route
The best short Southwestern loop you can do from Las Vegas. Four days minimum, six days ideal. You'll hit an authentic Route 66 stretch in Kingman, a walking-distance Route 66 historic district in Williams, the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, the mountain college town of Flagstaff, and the red rock mecca of Sedona — all before swinging back into Las Vegas.
It's a shorter, more-doable alternative to the full Grand Circle. Perfect for a long weekend or a one-week trip. And because Las Vegas has the best hotel rates of any city on the loop, you can splurge on your in-and-out nights while keeping the park days moderate.
